  • Call data — caller numbers, call duration, timestamps, recordings, and agent assignment for calls routed through our platform.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interactions with our dashboard, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
  • Payment information — processed securely through Paystack and M-PESA. We do not store card details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate our call tracking and routing services.
  • Display call analytics, agent performance, and reports in your dashboard.
  • Send transactional emails (reports, invoices, password resets).
  • Send WhatsApp follow-ups for missed calls (as configured by your organization).
  • Improve our product through anonymized usage analytics.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate about your account.

4. Call Recordings

Call recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized users within your organization. Recordings are used for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of recordings at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Service providers — hosting (cloud infrastructure), email delivery (Resend), payment processing (Paystack), analytics (PostHog), and telephony providers necessary to operate our services.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect our rights.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. Data is stored on infrastructure with enterprise-grade security. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call recordings and logs are retained according to your organization's settings. You may request data deletion at any time.

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and collect usage analytics. Our analytics are powered by PostHog and are used to improve the product. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
